Made-to-measure stainless steel customised products: precision and versatility
We can manufacture conical reducers with diameters on request made with press braking or bending machines. Depending on the geometries required (single piece or multiple pieces), we weld cone heads with the most modern technologies followed by recalibration in order to ensure compliance with the strictest construction tolerances. Once created, the cone heads can be finished with internal/external polishing, satin finishing and drilling. X-ray testing or other tests can be performed upon request.

Alongside the Quality Certification granted by TÜV Italia, we also offer other certifications of technical conformity of our products.
In particular we are authorised to supply dished heads according to PED 2014/68/EU, ASME VIII Div.1, AD2000-MERKBLATT W 0, UKCA, TDT standards and to consequently release certificates for the construction of pressure vessels.
