The evolution of customisation with hydroforming

As part of our commitment to providing unique solutions to our customers, we have invested in state-of-the-art machinery designed to meet their unique needs. The latest addition to our fleet is a state-of-the-art hydroforming press, which is revolutionising the way we shape our products.
The introduction of this new hydroforming press marks a significant milestone in our production capabilities. This highly advanced technology allows us to create intricate and complex shapes using a wide range of sheet thicknesses, ranging from 0.8 mm to max 8 mm.
With this process, we can significantly reduce the loss of thickness deriving from sheet stretching, minimising the hardening typical of deep drawing processes and almost completely eliminating the unsightly incisions occurring in friction areas.
To complete this production line, we have installed a trimming and edging unit which guarantees the highest product quality, while allowing delivery times to be kept short and costs to be optimised.
